Specced right, installed clean, running on day one.
New build, remodel, or equipment swap — we size the system, coordinate with your GC and inspectors, and hand it over dialed-in, setting you up for a successful opening.
Most equipment problems are born on installation day.
Most equipment problems are born on installation day. An undersized condensing unit, a walk-in set on an unlevel slab, make-up air that was never balanced to the hood — you inherit those mistakes for the life of the equipment, and you pay for them in service calls. The cheapest install quote is usually the most expensive one you can buy.
We install like the company that will answer the phone when it breaks — because we are. Every system is sized to your actual menu, load, and utilities; set and piped to code; and commissioned with the measurements on record. Day one runs like day one hundred.

Four phases, one accountable team.
Every phase ends with something in your hands — not a status update, a deliverable.
Scope & spec
We walk the space, review plans and load calcs, and spec equipment that fits your menu, volume, and utilities — not just what's on the shelf.
- Site survey & load calcs
- Equipment spec & quote
- Utility requirements list
Coordinate
We sequence our work with the general contractor, electrician, and plumber, pull permits, and schedule around your buildout so nothing sits idle.
- Permits pulled
- Trade sequencing plan
- Delivery & rigging schedule
Install
Set, braze, pipe, and wire to code with clean line routing and labeled disconnects — work you'd be happy to show an inspector.
- Code-compliant set & pipe
- Labeled electrical & controls
- Pressure test & evacuation
Commission
Full startup, refrigerant charge verification, controls setup, and a walkthrough so your team knows exactly how to run it.
- Startup & commissioning report
- Controls programmed
- Staff walkthrough & handover
Three builds, straight from the camera roll.
Not renderings — jobs our crews delivered, photographed on the way out the door.

District kitchen, rebuilt over one summer
A school district's aging cook line replaced end-to-end between the last lunch of spring and the first bell of fall — ovens, serving line, warewashing, and ventilation, inspected and ready before staff walked back in.
- Cook line & combi ovens
- Serving & hot holding
- Warewashing
- Hood & make-up air

Cold storage for a fulfillment operation
Multi-box walk-in cooler and freezer capacity built inside an active fulfillment site — set, piped, and commissioned in coordination with the operator's own buildout schedule, without stopping daily pick volume.
- Walk-in boxes & doors
- Remote condensing
- Evaporators & controls
- Temperature monitoring

Convenience remodel, coolers to rooftop
Replacing the reach-in doors of the beverage and beer coolers. Refinishing the front face of the wall on the customer side to give the store a fresh new look while allowing them to keep the store open through the process.
- Cooler wall & doors
- Beverage & ice systems
- Rooftop units
- Controls
One number for the whole pour-to-power-on.
An install is a relay race between trades. We've run this leg five hundred times, and we know how to hand off:
General contractor & architect
Sequencing, rough-in dimensions, curb and slab requirements — flagged before they become change orders.
Electrician & plumber
Exact utility specs per unit: breaker sizes, drops, drains, gas pressure. No day-of surprises.
Health department
Equipment and layout that pass plan review the first time, with the documentation inspectors ask for.
Fire marshal & suppression
Hood, make-up air, and suppression coordination so the final inspection is a formality.
Dealers & manufacturers
Freight, rigging, warranty registration, and factory startup requirements — handled and on file.
Your operating team
A real walkthrough before we leave: how to run it, what to watch, who to call.
From a single reach-in to the whole facility.
- Walk-in coolers & freezers
- Rack & remote refrigeration
- Cook lines, hoods & make-up air
- Rooftop & split HVAC systems
- Refrigerated cases & prep tables
- Controls, monitoring & alarms
You get the keys and the paper.
Commissioning isn't a courtesy walkthrough — it's the baseline your equipment gets measured against for the rest of its life. Every install closes with:
- Startup & commissioning report
- Refrigerant charge & superheat records
- Controls programmed, labeled & documented
- Warranty registered with the manufacturer
- A service file opened for every unit
- Staff walkthrough — run it, read it, who to call
Built to open on time.

Installation, asked and answered.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull the mechanical permits for our scope, install to code, and walk the final with the inspector. Health-department and fire-marshal coordination for kitchen work is part of the job, not an extra.
Can you install equipment we bought somewhere else?
We can. Owner-supplied and dealer-supplied equipment gets the same treatment: we verify the spec fits your utilities and space before it ships, then set, connect, and commission it properly — and register the warranty.
Can you work around our buildout schedule — nights and weekends?
That's normal for us. Remodels in operating stores, school kitchens on summer break, overnight cooler swaps — we sequence with your GC and your hours so revenue keeps flowing while the work gets done.
Will you help us decide what to buy, or just install it?
Start with us and you'll usually spend less overall. We size equipment to your menu, volume, and utilities, then quote honestly — including telling you when the cheaper unit is the right call.
What happens to the old equipment?
We disconnect it, recover the refrigerant per EPA rules, and haul it away or stage it for resale — your call. Nothing gets left in the alley for you to deal with.
Is the installation warrantied?
Yes — our workmanship is warrantied on top of the manufacturer's equipment warranty, which we register for you at commissioning. And because we service what we install, the same team answers the phone afterward.
Planning a build or remodel?
Send us the scope and we'll help you spec it right — then install and commission it so day one runs like day one hundred.
We install every system we service:
